The Thai Volunteer Service (TVS) building is a 5-floor building which has been constructed for more than 30 years. There are 5-6 Non Governmental Organization (NGO) offices sharing the building. These include Media for Community Education Foundation, Prachathai, NGO Coordinating Committee for Development (NGO-COD), Credit Union Cooperative for Development, Foundation for Ecological Recovery etc. The TVS office is located on the 2nd floor.

Huay Kwang station, exit 1. Walk to Pracharatbampen Road, turn left at Pracharatbampen 5, and walk along the street for about 100 meters till you see Summer Mansion, turn left and walk thru the basement of Summer Mansion. Thai Volunteer Service is opposite to Summer Mansion 1
By city bus
Bus line 136 / 137/ 172/ 185/ 179/ 206/ 514/ 73ก /517 get off at Soi Ratchadaphisek 14 opposite the Kunnatee School, walk into Ratchada 14, you will see 7-11 Mart, turn right and walk straight then turn left in front of You Mansion, walking onward for approximately 100 meters. …If you don’t want to walk you can take motorcycle taxi from MRT or from bus stop at Ratchada14, tell the driver that you will go to Mu-la-ni-thi (มูลนิธิอาสาสมัครฯ) or to Summer Mansion, fee about 15 baht.
